Grace Holding Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into regional markets, including Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and beyond. This role requires a proven track record in cross-border market entry, strategic partnership development, and driving revenue growth across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

\t• \tDevelop and implement market penetration strategies for assigned overseas markets.

\t• \tIdentify, negotiate, and secure new partnerships, distributors, and franchise opportunities.

\t• \tConduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

\t• \tWork closely with marketing teams to create market-specific campaigns and promotions.

\t• \tManage and execute business development projects from planning to completion.

\t• \tTravel regionally for meetings, exhibitions, and market exploration.

Requirements

\t• \tBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related discipline.

\t• \tMinimum 5 years' experience in business development with regional/cross-border exposure.

\t• \tProven success in developing markets such as Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Thailand.

\t• \tStrong understanding of overseas market dynamics, consumer trends, and local regulations.

\t• \tExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

\t• \tAble to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

\t• \tProficiency in English; additional Asian languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Tagalog) will be an advantage.
