Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? we are looking for a motivated Account Clerk to join our dynamic team!

Job Scope:

• Perform calculations and prepare documents to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts receivable, payables, bank balances, accruals, and fixed assets registers.
• Prepare and post journal entries manually or using accounting software.
• Review invoices and prepare documentation for payments.
• Provide financial and statistical data for the preparation of financial reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Higher Nitec in Accounting.
• Interacting with Chinese-speaking clients and Supplier
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn new things.
• Familiarity with AutoCount system is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team player with a proactive attitude
