Job Responsibilities
• Perform daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Verify and cross-check invoices and delivery order with sales team
• Match delivery order and invoices and ensure there is no discrepancy of items and quantity
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of records
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally
• Prepare and issue sales invoices and delivery order
• Prepare invoices and statement of account to clients for billing purposes
• Scan documentation and do system submission for billing
• Communicate effectively with customers on account enquiries
• Follow up with customers/ accounts payable in charge to ensure prompt payment
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Works closely with other staff and supports other colleagues as needed
Job Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Diploma
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience required
• Preferably with experience in clerical or administrative support roles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and managing workload effectively
• Strong communication skills and professional work etiquette
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
