Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AR) function

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and/or processing of invoices for payment

• Monitor AR ageing and follow up with customers on overdue accounts

• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions (AR/AP) and identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditor, vendors and/or customers where necessary

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting for AR/AP

• Handle Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting or related field

• 1-3 years of working experience in accounts payable and receivable; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered

• Basic accounting or finance knowledge

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

• Good learning attitude

• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered
