Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and results-oriented BD Manager to lead our Communications (SIP Trunk, Cloud UC), Data Centre, and Cloud Connect offerings. This is a hybrid role combining product ownership and sales responsibility - ideal for a candidate who thrives in both strategy and execution.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the product roadmap, and maintaining a strong customer base. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the solutions meet evolving enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
  • Own the full product lifecycle for Communications, Data Centre, and Cloud Connect services
  • Define product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans
  • Monitor performance metrics and market trends to refine offerings
  • Work with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to deliver continuous improvements

Sales Ownership
  • Drive direct sales and revenue growth for the assigned product portfolio
  • Support solutioning and pre-sales engagements with enterprise clients
  • Work closely with account managers and channel partners to develop and close opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the key liaison between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and strategic customers
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise product management, solution sales, or business development
  • Strong domain knowledge in SIP Trunking, Cloud UC, Data Centre, and Cloud Connectivity
  • Proven track record in driving B2B sales and managing a revenue portfolio
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable handling both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing ICT services for enterprise customers
  • Background in telco or cloud service provider environment
  • Understanding of partner/channel sales models
