Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales performance across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to showcase the capabilities of products and solutions.

Key Account Management

• Establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and understand client-specific needs to deliver customized solutions using the product portfolio.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the sales specialist team, fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop product

Technical Engagement

• Present technical product demonstrations and engaging presentations to potential clients.
• Provide on-site support during installation and system commissioning, as needed.
• Hands-on knowledge of VMS platforms such as Milestone and Genetec.

Requirements

• Background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in IP video surveillance solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with installation and commissioning.
• Ability to independently conduct POCs and technical evaluations.
• A proactive problem solver and results-driven mindset.
• Experience working with multinational manufacturers (video surveillance) or global system integrators.
• Experience with Milestone/ Genetec system integration is highly desirable
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Strong follow-up skills, meticulous and detailed oriented preferred
• Understanding of Network infra-Structure, Fire Wall, VLAN and associated product and systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Power BI and advanced excel.
• Knowledge of MS window Server Operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, SAN, NAS systems
• Strong communication skills; fluent speaker with excellent presentation.
