Job Description

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities focused on end-to-end contract logistics, including warehousing, e-fulfillment, transportation, and value-added services
• Develop and deliver compelling commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of fashion and lifestyle clients.
• Collaborate closely with solutions design, operations, and finance teams to ensure the technical and commercial feasibility of proposed services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and service expansion.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to inform sales strategy and positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools, ensuring visibility of opportunities and risks.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the contract logistics or 3PL industry.
• Proven track record in selling warehousing, e-fulfillment, and distribution solutions to fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce clients.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including value-added services like returns management, quality control, and inventory handling.
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.
