Key Responsibility :

• Serve as the single point of contact for all Airfreight Import-related matters.
• Manage both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth and timely movement of import shipments.
• Proactively monitor and follow up on urgent shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams.
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly defined and aligned in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers (Monthly Business Review - MBR / Quarterly Business Review - QBR).
• Handle the end-to-end process, including shipment processing and billing.
• Address and follow up on any billing disputes raised by customers.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in Airfreight Import operations is essential.
