Our client is a Singapore‑based IT consulting and digital transformation services firm delivering tailored enterprise-grade solutions and is recognized for its strong presence across Asia-Pacific, including offices in Vietnam and the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Drives revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet targets and expand market share.
• Building strong client and partner relationships for long-term opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle and analyze market trends to identify new business prospects.
• Collaboration with internal teams and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in sales and business development
• Strong understanding of bespoke software development and IT solutions.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and forecasting sales performance.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $7,000 (Basic) + Commission + AWS

Working location: Work from home

Working hours: Mon - Fri(10am-6pm)
