Job Description
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Drive expansion into new customer segments (e.g., working adults, international students, corporate training clients).
  • Identify and approach potential partners, agencies, and clients.
  • Promote course offerings to individuals, corporates, and educational agents.
  • Oversee the student recruitment process and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate clients, schools, training providers, and overseas recruitment agents.
  • Represent the academy at networking events, education fairs, and industry exhibitions.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, academic, and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or student recruitment, preferably in private education or training institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's education landscape and EduTrust/Committee for Private Education (CPE) requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and student management systems is a plus.
