Role:

Airfreight Operations Executive (AWB, Export/Import Permits)

• Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
• Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs
• Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status
• Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements
• Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in airfreight operations (export/import)
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures
• Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments
