RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Partner-Led Growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in the mid-market segment through established and new channel partners.
Own the Sales Pipeline
- Build and manage a strong pipeline-targeting 4X quota coverage through proactive prospecting and partner enablement activities.
Lead Complex Sales Cycles
- Navigate and close deals involving VP and C-level stakeholders at both partner and end-customer organizations.
Build Strategic Relationships
- Strengthen relationships with key DMRs and technology channel partners to deepen collaboration and accelerate deal velocity.
Align with GTM Teams
- Partner with marketing, lead generation, and presales to drive aligned go-to-market execution.
Execute Field Marketing Initiatives
- Support and lead regional events and campaigns to enhance partner engagement and pipeline development.
Forecast with Precision
- Maintain accurate deal qualification, pipeline health, and forecasting processes.
Deliver Customer & Partner Success
- Foster long-term, referenceable relationships that drive ongoing value and future business.
REQUIREMENTS
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise software sales targets
- Strong experience selling Cloud, SaaS, or intelligent automation solutions
- Proven ability to lead boardroom-level conversations across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with complex, multi-party deal structures and extended sales cycles
- Advanced negotiation and strategic selling capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed across the region
- Bachelor's degree preferred
GOOD TO HAVE
- Passion for partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- Exposure to solution-selling frameworks (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC)
- Familiarity with intelligent automation technologies (e.g., RPA, cognitive capture, AI/ML)
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts via channel or DMRs
