I. Job Responsibilities

1. Market development

• Responsible for ground promotion of research institutions and laboratories in Singapore, developing new customers and maintaining long-term cooperation.

• Regularly visit customers, promote the company's biological reagents and consumables, and complete sales targets.

2. Academic support

• According to customer's experimental requirements, we provide professional product selection suggestions and technical solutions.

• Organize academic conferences and product training sessions to enhance brand awareness.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration

• Work with the market and supply chain teams to ensure order execution and after-sales problem resolution.

• Report market dynamics and assist in optimizing product strategy.

4. Customer management

• Establish customer files, track project progress and improve customer satisfaction.

Ⅱ. Job requirements

1. Academic major

• Bachelor degree or above, major in biotechnology, life science and other related majors are preferred.

2. Language Skills

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (Because our company does a lot of business with China).

3. Experience skills

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or academic promotion. Familiarity with the scientific research market is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure, good at

customer relationship maintenance.

4. Other requirements

• Strong learning ability, self-motivated, and willing to reflect and summarize.
