  • Assist with preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating of accounting records and files.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash tracking.
  • Support month-end closing activities and basic reports.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other adhoc duties where required.

Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Experience in the industry is an advantage but not required.
