Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Print invoices and all the shipping documents, check against Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and Contracts. Confirm invoice details are matching with PO, PI and other related documents; resolve issue if not matching.
- Perform the accurate cost allocation for goods receipts, check and allocate the landing cost, issue credit note and perform reconciliation.
- Generate and post general ledger for AP related transactions.
- Reconcile intercompany balances, and if sales related, reconcile AP with PO.
- Prepare payment summary, payment voucher, reconcile bank balances, record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum accounting knowledge
- Must be responsible and committed to work
- Meticulous and ability to provide timely updates and reports
- Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of SAP is encouraged.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
