Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
  1. Print invoices and all the shipping documents, check against Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and Contracts. Confirm invoice details are matching with PO, PI and other related documents; resolve issue if not matching.
  2. Perform the accurate cost allocation for goods receipts, check and allocate the landing cost, issue credit note and perform reconciliation.
  3. Generate and post general ledger for AP related transactions.
  4. Reconcile intercompany balances, and if sales related, reconcile AP with PO.
  5. Prepare payment summary, payment voucher, reconcile bank balances, record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.
  6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum accounting knowledge
  • Must be responsible and committed to work
  • Meticulous and ability to provide timely updates and reports
  • Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of SAP is encouraged.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
