Job Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry, document filing, and sorting of accounting records
• Support daily AP/AR functions and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
• Assist with account reconciliation and follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain organized accounting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AP/AR or basic accounting knowledge
• PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to start work within short notice and willing to learn
