Responsibilities

• Work closely with fellow members of the Sales Team to achieve company sales targets.
• Oversee customer account management
• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Resolve challenging client requests or issues as needed.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field or its equivalent.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager (with proven sales record), Sales Manager or relevant role is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate with, present to, negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to fulfil customer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
• Oncology experience will be an advantage.
