Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the branch
• Achieve sales targets and monitor sales target to ensure profitability of the branch
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the store's performance
• Monitor sales figures and costs to ensure profitability
• Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback/coaching
• Promote a learning culture within the branch to ensure staffs are up to date with the latest product offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle VIP clients and foster long-term relationships
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in business, retail management, or related field 
• Possess at least 10 working years experience with at least 4 years of supervisory experience, candidates with lesser experience can be considered for a junior position
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
