About the Role
As a Retail Sales Executive, you play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your responsibilities span from lead generation and customer engagement to achieving sales.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through sales events, teacher meetings, and cold calling.
- Maintain and regularly update a list of prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers at sales events or the gallery, providing detailed information about piano sales and rental packages.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding their needs, in line with our company’s branding.
Sales Targets:
- Apply effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Implement lead-
- generation tactics to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Product Knowledge:
- Complete training to learn and remember piano models, brands, and features, then apply this knowledge during sales presentations.
Hiring Criteria:
• Sales experience is not mandatory, but a target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet goals is essential.
• A willingness to learn and excel, even without prior sales experience, is highly valued.
• A positive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong skills in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Knowledge of playing the piano is a plus but not required.
