Job Title: Retail Associate

Responsibilities: As a Retail Associate, you will work collaboratively in one of our retail shops, performing various duties including:

• Handling retail and cashiering tasks
• Replenishing products on shelves
• Performing daily housekeeping duties
• Attending to customer inquiries and needs
• Collecting feedback on products and services

Working Schedule:

• Rotating shift schedule (e.g., work one day, off the next, and repeat)
• Working hours: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm
• Candidates must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
• Preference for candidates with sales, retail, or cashiering experience
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for the retail industry
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
