Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to assess hair and scalp health, identifying issues such as hair thinning, hair loss, scalp infections, dandruff, or other related conditions
• Perform scalp analysis to understand hair health and diagnose potential issues
• Diagnose and provide treatment plans for various hair and scalp disorders
• Recommend hair care treatments, products, or lifestyle changes to improve hair and scalp health
• Provide advice on nutrition, supplements, or medications that may aid in hair and scalp health
• Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and products in trichology and hair care

Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Trichology from a recognized institution
• In-depth knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy and ability to recommend customized treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and understand their needs
• Experience in cosmetology, dermatology, or a related field is a plus and prior working experience working in a clinical, salon, or cosmetic environment would be advantageous
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
