About the Role 

As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in pianos, you play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your responsibilities span from lead generation and customer engagement to achieving sales. 

Prospecting and Lead Generation: 

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through sale events, teacher’s meetings, and cold calling 
  • Compile a list of prospects and work closely on converting them into sales opportunities 

Customer Engagement: 

  • Proactively greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about piano sales & rental packages at sale events or gallery 
  • Establish strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their needs with alignment to our company’s branding strategies 

  Sales Targets: 

  • Implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed goals. 
  • Execute lead generation strategies for monthly revenue targets.   

Product Knowledge: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the piano industry, models, brands, and features. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. 

  Customer Follow-Up: 

  • Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. 
  • Foster ongoing relationships for potential future business and referrals. 

  Market and Competition Awareness: 

  • Stay informed on competitor products, pricing, and promotions. 
  • Provide feedback on market trends and preferences for inventory planning. 

 Showroom Maintenance: 

  • Ensure a well-maintained and organized showroom. 

  Hiring Criteria:   

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating an ability to achieve set targets under pressure. 
  • Demonstrate high fluency in English (speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing). 
  • Strong team player with a positive and flexible attitude  
  • Able to cope with the fast-growing pace of the company 
  • Passion for pianos and music, with an additional background in playing the piano considered an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
