The Mooncake Casual Part Time is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet guests’ experience expectations.

Logistics 

• Assist in the packing and delivery of mooncakes.
• Good communication skills to ensure delivery information is effectively communicated to customers. 
• Assist with heavy lifting to replenish stocks and products.
• Able to answer guest queries.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
• Follows instructions given by managers on planned delivery routes.
• Able to work rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays.
