The Mooncake Casual Part Time is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet guests’ experience expectations.

Retail Booth Assistant

• To be stationed at our outdoor booth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with diverse guests.
• Able to clearly explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points. 
• Able to answer guest queries.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledge in utilising iPad and internal website.
• Able to work rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays.
