Role requirements:

• Min GCE "O" Level certification
• Fluent in English
• Must have experiences dealing with currencies or cash or have physical customer svc exposure (eg. bank tellers, cashiers, CSE)
• Able and willing to work 12 hours rostered shift hours (including overnight shifts; additional shift allowances apply)
  • 12-hours shift, 9am-9pm/ 9pm-9am, 4-days work include weekends, 2 days off rotation (Additional 3 days off per month)
• Singaporeans only
• Basic Salary: $2,600 - $2800
  • Additional airport + different shift allowance applies
  • AWS is applicable
  • In the event you are requested to work OT, it is payable at 2x
• Training will be provided; during the first month of on job training for all hired candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Handle foreign exchange transactions for the customers at the Airport
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow the sales process in order to maximise sales
• Adhering to operational and compliance regulations
