Leasing Executive

As an integral part of the Store Development Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Store Development.

The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

  • Handle negotiation for lease renewals or terminations 
  • Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure their completion; update leasing reports and schedules
  • Liaise with the Landlord / Client representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
  • Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time 
  • Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
  • Any other roles/duties as assigned

 

Formal Education & Certification

  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Possesses a positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
  • Help and support in the general day-to-day running of the office
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload
