Job Description:

• Supervise and train retail staff, including sales associates and cashiers.
• Create work schedules and allocate tasks to employees.
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service and assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.
• Oversee cash registers and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management.
• Foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in Retail operation functions will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
