Job Summary
We are an established apparel company looking for a Hybrid Retail & Admin Executive and Supervisor to support our showroom operations, customer experience, and daily administrative and operational tasks.
This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with retail and/or administrative experience who enjoy variety, staying organised, and working in a small, fast-moving team. The role is primarily operations and showroom support–focused, with occasional walk-in sales and customer interaction.
The Supervisor role carries additional responsibility in overseeing daily operations and working closely with management to develop and improve SOPs and systems.

Executive: $2,400 – $2,600 per month (before CPF)

Supervisor: $2,800 – $3,500 per month (before CPF)

Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Retail Operations
-
Support daily showroom operations and ensure a positive customer experience
-
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the showroom
-
Support walk-in sales, customer enquiries (online & offline), and basic upselling
-
Prepare, tidy, and reset the showroom before and after livestreams, campaigns, or activations
-
Steam, organise, and manage samples for display and fittings
-
Execute visual merchandising according to guidelines (racks, displays, samples)
Inventory & Operations Support

Handle stock inbounding, outbounding, restocking, and basic stock checks
-
Maintain showroom and back-of-house organisation
-
Support operational workflows to ensure smooth daily execution
Administrative Support

Assist with general admin and operational tasks as required

Support coordination between retail, warehouse, and internal teams
Additional Responsibilities (Supervisor Role)

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure standards are met

Guide and support Executive-level staff in daily tasks

Ensure visual merchandising, showroom readiness, and customer experience consistency

Work directly with management to develop, refine, and implement SOPs and operational systems
-
Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements
-
Prior supervisory or operational experience is required for this role
Requirements – Executive

Prior experience in retail and/or administrative roles

Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable interacting with customers in a showroom environment

Willing to be hands-on with both front-facing and backend tasks

Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Requirements – Supervisor

Prior experience in retail, showroom, or operations supervision
-
Strong organisational and coordination skills
-
Proven experience in developing or improving SOPs and operational systems

Comfortable leading by example in a hands-on environment
Working Hours
-
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm
-
5.5-day work week
