Job Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
* Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
* Support the team in providing a positive in-store experience
* Answer basic product enquiries and assist in consultations where appropriate
Store Operations
* Assist in daily opening and closing routines of the store
* Maintain store tidiness and visual merchandising standards
* Restock and organise display items and packaging materials
* Help with order fulfilment, including packing and preparing items for courier or pickup
Personal Assistant to Founder
* Support the Founder with ad hoc errands and tasks related to store operations
* Assist in scheduling appointments and updating calendars
* Handle simple admin duties such as data entry or follow-ups on WhatsApp with guidance
* Ensure clear communication and follow-through on delegated tasks
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of retail experience (jewellery or lifestyle brand experience is a bonus)
* Well-spoken with clear and professional communication
* Good grooming and presentation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic
* Able to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
* Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive in learning
