Responsibilities 

• Regularly review and adjust work assignments, ensuring efficient resource allocation within the team.
• Mentor and provide cross-training to staff using standardized programs and documentation.
• Implement quality management systems to guarantee that customer work scope, results, and team performance align with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational safety/quality standards.
• Actively participate in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives as directed by the Team Lead.
• Coordinate and ensure the timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment with the team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Understanding of good laboratory practices (GLP) and cGMP regulations.
