Job description
• Champion learning technology within CSC, identifying and driving adoption of technology solutions to enhance learning experiences in programmes
• Research on learning technology landscape and trends, and develop resources to build awareness among the L&D community
• Partner internal departments and external vendors to integrate technologies with CSC’s learning platforms for impactful learning design, delivery, and evaluation
• Contribute to consultancy projects on leveraging technologies for learning and development
Job requirement
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of learning technology
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools for learning (e.g. Articulate 360, Google Suite etc.)
• Self-driven individual with a positive and proactive attitude to drive implementation
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure
• Able to work collaboratively within CSC and with external partners
• Able to anticipate potential problems and know when to escalate issues for timely resolution
