- Provide facilities management services includes preventive maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors in accordance with the contractual requirements and standards set by the client.
- Provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance work by contractors is performed correctly and completed satisfactorily
- Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, standard operating procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client
- To handle enquires from the general public on matters related to the site
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising invoices, and setting up the events
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
- Working Locations Available: Central/West
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Nitec in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- People-oriented and eager to learn
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
