JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
- Provide valuation, research, and advisory services for a variety of statutory boards, MNCs, banks and financial institutions, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers
- To carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
- To conduct site inspection on a daily basis
- Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Min. a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate
Possess good communication skills
