Job Opportunity: Leasing & Facilities Executive

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Leasing & Facilities Executive to join our team and support the Leasing & Facilities Manager in overseeing all leasing and facilities matters for our company's properties. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for real estate management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

• Ensure all properties are well-maintained and address any facilities-related issues promptly.
• Plan and schedule maintenance projects, including upgrades and renovations as needed.
• Review and approve maintenance contracts, ensuring they meet necessary specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify property conditions.
• Assist in Capex and Opex planning.
• Manage office facilities for the Head Office.

Leasing:

• Handle all aspects of leasing for company-owned or leased properties, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and securing tenants.
• Draft and review tenancy agreements.
• Manage rental arrears.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure smooth landlord-tenant interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in leasing and building management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with procurement processes.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and numerical abilities.
