Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Pay: 13-15/hr

Job Scope

• Overseeing and coordinating daily maintenance feedback, work programs and improvement works on general building works, plumbing & sanitary, cleaning, waste disposal, landscaping, and pest control
• Responsible for and oversee service providers on maintenance works, and ensure service standards comply and meet all contractual obligations under various term contracts.
• Supervise the performance of the term contractors (facilities maintenance, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, security services, etc.)
• Assist to source for quotations, prepare and issue purchase requisition & orders or tender documents for procurement of facilities-related work/items, monitors repair and maintenance works by contractors
• Check and endorse contractors' claims for payment
• Liaise with internal staff and external on replacement/ repair work schedules, and event setting up requirements
• Work with the team to handle complaints, feedbacks and incidents related to facilities maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control
• Have knowledge of building statutory requirements and ensure compliance to regulations
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer or management of the school as and when required
• Be on-call availability after normal working hours for emergency needs as required.
• Support school-wide events, key activities, and other ad-hoc projects

Job requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management / Building Services or related discipline
