Description:

• Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fresh graduate are welcome and will be considered for Junior role
• At least 5 years local experience with main building contractor for Senior QS
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Can do attitude
• 5-day work week

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take off quantity during tendering process
• Source for subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate quotations
• Support and prepare tender submission
• Pre-contracts, In-contracts & Post-contracts administrations
• Prepare periodic progress & variations claims
• Evaluate subcontractors claims
• Resolution of any contractual issues arising from the projects
