Responsibilities:
- Lead internal quality audits to assess the compliance of manufacturing processes with established quality standards and requirement
- Facilitate process buyoff by collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate process changes or improvements before full-scale implementation
- Identify areas for improvement and implement or follow up on corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes
- Maintain documentation of audit findings, system check and process buyoff outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Provide support and preparation for external audit such as customer audit, ISO audit, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date
- Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- To exercise safety and disciplinary control within own section
- Regularly update and maintain documentation including ISO documents, Control Plan and Inspection
- Checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standard
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role, Data Analyst or similar function in the manufacturing environment and implementing ISO9001 QMS.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and softwares, such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Python or similar for data analysis.
- Familiarity with QA tools and methodology such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) Methodology, Mistake Proofing (POKA YOKE), Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and techniques for analyzing process variability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications and able to work in a cleanroom environment.
