Contract Conflict Resolution Officer

• Location: Braddell
• Working Duration: 6 Months Contract
• Working Days: Mon – Fri
• Work Timing: 8.30am – 6pm
• Salary: $2100/mth

Job Scope:

• Monitor daily reports.
• Investigate and process QR claims upon request from Customers
• Investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holders
• Minimum 1 year old experience in Dispute Handling Field
