Monday to Friday Office Hours

Job Description: 

• Work closely with and support the team on all aspects of media and client relations management.
• Support the daily operations within the team on necessary tasks including but not limited to, seasonal press presentations, packing and organisation of gifting/seeding and updating of media/influencer database.

• Responsible for media monitoring and reporting across print, online and social channels.
• Contribute to the organisation of the press showroom, including the monitoring of fashion sample movements, receiving and returns, maintenance of a systematic log and showroom supplies.

Requirements: 

• Min 'A' Level/ Diploma /Nitec
• High level of organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion for the media and luxury/fashion/beauty industry
