Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Yard and Operations teams in resolving technical issues, driving equipment maintenance innovation, and enhancing fleet performance and cost efficiency through a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ and company policies
• Identify plant issues and develop corrective action plans
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term improvement strategies
• Advise on high-cost repairs and cost-effective alternatives
• Review major repair work for quality and accuracy
• Estimate costs and timelines for repairs and innovation projects
• Drive fleet innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Recommend cost-saving solutions and supplier options
• Support Yard team on technical matters and training
• Provide insights on parts, service options, and modification strategies
• Participate in special projects as assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or 10+ years' experience in construction, plant, or equipment operations
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance and fleet operations
• Familiar with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance systems
• Proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and across departments

Working Schedule: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday), Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30 - 12.30 (Sat)
