Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, shipment schedules, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Act as main liaison with customers for quality, delivery, service, and new business matters.
• Handle RFQ processes, track RFQ status, and follow up with customers.
• Manage and resolve RMA (Return Material Authorization) issues efficiently.
• Monitor supplier performance, customer satisfaction, and production KPIs, and report to management.

Requirements

• Candidates with engineering background are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Entry level are welcome to apply.
