Qualifications & experience

• All Academic background is accepted!
• Fresh Graduate & Intern is welcome!
• Experience or background in Light Duty Construction Field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

• Daily Scheduling:
  Assign workers to job sites based on skills and location
  Send out daily job sheets and monitor check-ins
• Project Cost Tracking:
  Record worker hours, material use, and delivery trips
  Track paint usage and delivery costs for each project
• System Updates:
  Use our web app to update job progress and cost records
  Generate basic reports and flag any issues (delays, overruns)
• Process Coordination:
  Help streamline schedules and reduce repeat site visits
  Keep our records organized and audit-ready

✅ You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have admin or operations experience (construction/painting is a plus)
• Are good with spreadsheets and web-based tools
• Speak and write clearly in English
• Are organized, proactive, and reliable
• Can work independently and think critically
