Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily production operations, ensuring alignment with production plans and raw material requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform tasks such as visual inspection, through-hole technology (THT) printing, and product packing.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness through 5S housekeeping practices.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requisite Criteria

• Minimum vocational or high school education.
• At least 1 year of experience in factory or production operations.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications.
• Proactive, diligent, and capable of managing multiple tasks as needed.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Must pass a color vision test.
