Job Description: <ul> <li>Perform administrative works which include keeping records, filing, typing of reports, answering telephone calls, etc.</li> <li>Organize and schedule meetings and events.</li> <li>Operate company SAP system and the RSAF Enterprise System (ES) system to transact AGE details for spares demands, work services, Purchase Requisition, etc.</li> <li>Other administrative works as dictated by the Head of Department.</li></ul> Job Requirements: <ul> <li>Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft Powerpoint, Words and Excel.</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP system preferred</li></ul>
