Job Responsibilities :

Folding Section

• To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
• To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
• To perform product weight check for every tray
• To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
• To assist other team member to meet daily production target
• To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
• Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature
