- Must have at least 5 years of some experience with developing/supporting.NET/Java applications/Angular applications.
- Must be proficient in writing queries in SQL server 2012+/Oracle 118+
- Must have some experience with OpenShift/Docker/other container technology.
- Experience with/MongoDB/PostGres/Redis preferred
- Must have ability to investigate apps hosted on IIS/Windows server.
- Must have ability to investigate apps hosted on Apache/Tomcat/Linux server.
- Must have ability to query Splunk / Dynatrace / other monitoring tool as part of investigating an issue.
- Must have experience reading and interpreting log files/windows event viewer logs/System.out, etc. to investigate issues.
- Must have abky to use analytical skills to debug technology stack and solve problems.
- Basic understanding of load balancing/HTTP concepts is desired.
- BMC Remedy ITSM experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adept quickly
- Resourcefulness & thinking on the feet.
