Working hours:

• Morning shift: 8am to 5:30pm, Lunch break 1 hour.
• Night Shift: 10:30pm to 8am, Dinner break 1 hour.

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating precision tools, performing inspections, and ensuring equipment quality in a cleanroom environment. You must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Operate torque drivers and tools to handle fasteners of various sizes with care and precision.
• Use tension gauges and torque gauges to ensure equipment functionality.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of equipment and components (e.g., lenses), including cleaning using torch lights, alcohol solutions, and dust-removal tools.
• Ensure image clarity and alignment accuracy using optical tools (e.g., reticle crosshair alignment).
• Conduct inspection tasks in controlled environments ranging from -20°C to 50°C.
• Maintain adherence to cleanliness, safety, and equipment handling protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments (protective gear provided where necessary).
• Physically fit and able to handle precision tools
• Good visual acuity required
• Willing to rotate between day and night shifts every 2-4 months.
• Willing to perform overtime when assigned by supervisors.
