Requirements:

- Ensure the food manufacturing process comply with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations
- Test product parameters
- Ensure record-taking procedures are done daily
- Investigate and set standards for safety and quality
- Assist compliance team to ensure SOPs are carried out
Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in local & international food safety standards
- A team player, as s/he will be required to work closely with other food production colleagues, buyers and packaging specialists
