about the job

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
• Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
• Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines
• Prepare, setup and qualify machines
• Provide support in sample making & ETO parts
• Perform tooling buy-off & failure analysis
• Machine assembly
• Setting up of AOI machines
• Machine alignment, teaching and testing

skills & experience required

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Illustrator
• Assembly & troubleshoot entire semiconductor equipment
• AOI machine / vision systems troubleshoot & assemble experience will be a plus
• Able to read engineering drawings
• 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm) + OT if required
