Key Responsibilities

1.Draw up and implement the work plan within the group to ensure that the work plan can effectively support the achievement of work goals; supervise and guide the employees in the group to operate in accordance with the SOP to ensure the orderly and efficient completion of the work within the group.

2.Coordinate resources and be responsible for process optimization and improvement, risk management, quality standard improvement, cost control, efficiency improvement, etc. within the group to improve business competitiveness.

3. Responsible for the introduction of new technologies and new equipment, OOS survey data collection and analysis to improve work quality and efficiency.

4.Team management, includes formulating team goals, conducting performance appraisals, group and individual training plans, assigning and performing shift work and talent development.

5.Cooperate and assist in the completion of relevant tasks of the department including ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in protein purification.

2.Possess a background in biology, familiar with the production process of protein expression systems, mastery of protein purification techniques, and have in-depth understanding of relevant process technologies, tools, and platforms.

3.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members and drive project progress.

4.Effective communication and coordination abilities, skilled in coordinating the progress of team members and collaborating with other departments.

5.Exhibit a spirit of teamwork, capable of collaborating with team members of different backgrounds and skills.
